  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Kosher salt
